I feel some stiffness on my fingers and my hands feel tired , is this a sign for arthritis? I am a writer and typing can be very uncomfortable. It's been going on and off for 3 months now.I used to apply liniment on my hands and fingers and have my wife massage them for me. It's expensive, but it works and you only have to use a drop or two. Should last quite a while. It is a combination of several esential oils
They recommend that if you need to put it on a large area that you can mix it with coconut oil.
As you will see in the link they sell a small amount if you just want to try it first.

My mother swears by it. You can get it online also.

Research this. LED therapy has been around for a long time. NASA is one of them.
Warning. Some types of these LED's should not be looked at directly. On my unit it is the invisible spectrum.

This is a reply to # 2,223,220I started taking vitamin supplements was 32, at 40 I was playing a lot of stressful sports and and my joints were hurting. I started taking cod liver oil on an empty stomach and they stopped. I later learned a Dr Kaufman 70 years ago for arthritis. Medical Science does not clearly understand arthritis. Arthritis is a syndrome. On the bad painful days, you are actually healing, but the pain sends a message that you are getting worse, which will trigger painless necrosis. When you think you are getting better the body starts to heal with pain and inflammation.
Arthritis is all about a a sense of devaluation. You being a writer and it affecting your physical writing skills is indicative of feelings of unworthiness as a writer? Not good enough, perhaps with the sour economy it is more difficult to sell stories?
Treating the sense of devaluation with thoroughness will eliminate the arthritis, but remember the healing phase will be painful. Swelling and pain are a normal part of the process. The healing process takes anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. A good time for a break or vacation.
