I recently took some anti fungals for my candida problems.Diflucan and Terbinafine to be exact.
Long story short I believe it caused some liver/kidney damage.
At first I thought that whenever I eat meals that are high in protein and fats that my liver was hurting.
But now upon further investigation, I realise that it is actually salt that is causing the pain.
I tried eating the same meals I always eat with NO added salt. And I did not have the burning stinging pain I get after I eat.
Also I am on the Candida diet so I mainly eat vegetables and chicken breast. I do not eat carbs.
My candida problems are extreme.
The pain is on the right side of my
abdomen under the rib cage. Also there is pain on the left and right of my lower back, right where I believe my kidneys to be.
My question is what would be the reason why salt is causing the pain?
And is it my liver or my kidneys that are damaged?
I have done a Liver Flush last month and it did relieve the pressure I feel in that area. But since last month, the discomfort has moved to my lower back both right and left side.

This is a reply to # 2,340,025When I had kidney pain I found it very helpful to cleanse them by drinking a quart of freshly squeezed lemon juice with some honey and fresh ginger slices along with an 1/8 tsp of cayenne. This mixture will cleanse the kidneys. Doing this cleanse for a week will get your kidneys working better. Also Dr Christopher's kindey formula will help detoxify and get the kidneys functioning on a higher level.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,340,025You should not abuse with Diflucan, because it is quite hard on the kidney, it has side effects and can dammage the kidney. you should limit the use of Diflucan, because it is nephrotoxic. you should use natural products to combat the beast.

This is a reply to # 2,340,256I have found the best way to get rid of systemic candida is to detox heavy metals first and then candida dies off on its own. This has been my exerience.
Diflucan didnt work for me i was resistent. And it is harsh on the liver and i bleieve that candida will just come back when you come off it anyway as you havent addressed the reason why candida is there in the first place- heavy metals, especially copper toxicity.
