I have found the best way to get rid of systemic candida is to detox heavy metals first and then candida dies off on its own. This has been my exerience.

Diflucan didnt work for me i was resistent. And it is harsh on the liver and i bleieve that candida will just come back when you come off it anyway as you havent addressed the reason why candida is there in the first place- heavy metals, especially copper toxicity.
