It's good to be back to the forum and start another Master-Cleanse tomorrow. I am so looking forward to another 14 days. I know the first 2 will be hard again. I did a 14 day Master-Cleanse at the beginning of the year. I was frozen because it was winter. I wanted to wait until the weather warmed up. So, with June around the corner here I go. There are new names and I look forward to meeting with you daily. Have a great day!!

I am starting tomorrow too. I keep saying I'm starting, but fail to, but this time, I mean business (again). I've done 3 10 day water fasts, but never master cleanse. My health is really bad right now. I have a lot of physical probs and I know that if I really take care of my health my physical problems will improve greatly. So I'm starting with you here tomorrow. GOod luck to you. Have you done the Master-Cleanse before? How'd you fair on it? Oh, also if you ever want anyone to talk to during your cleanse, I'm here too with you. Best wishes. God bless.

This is a reply to # 235,286Thanks for the support. I did a 14 day Master-Cleanse in January and faired very well. My skin was incredible and I felt great. I did get cold alot and would not recommend it in the winter. Although when your bored it's a great way to spend part of January or February.
I decided last night to run the 5k memorial day run in my city. Afterwards I ate some fruit but will start anyway. I don't think I should put it off. I am mentally prepared. Maybe I won't get a headache until day 2 or 3. Last time I got a bad headache on day 1. I am going to try and train for a 10K on July 4th. I want to run the Peachtree since I have a slot. I will see. I sure could use the support. After day 3 it will be easier for me? How about you? I did a 21 day water only fast a long time ago. Water only is way too hard. You detox so fast. I liked the Master-Cleanse alot.
I have blood Sugar issues and I had no problem with the MC. Have a great day.

I am starting an Master-Cleanse tomorrow, and so is someone else here. This will be my fifth time on it. It is a good way to lose a little weight and cleanse the body. It I easier in the summer time to do this. Nancy Louise
