Thanks for the support. I did a 14 day Master-Cleanse in January and faired very well. My skin was incredible and I felt great. I did get cold alot and would not recommend it in the winter. Although when your bored it's a great way to spend part of January or February.
I decided last night to run the 5k memorial day run in my city. Afterwards I ate some fruit but will start anyway. I don't think I should put it off. I am mentally prepared. Maybe I won't get a headache until day 2 or 3. Last time I got a bad headache on day 1. I am going to try and train for a 10K on July 4th. I want to run the Peachtree since I have a slot. I will see. I sure could use the support. After day 3 it will be easier for me? How about you? I did a 21 day water only fast a long time ago. Water only is way too hard. You detox so fast. I liked the Master-Cleanse alot.
