Deb, thanks so much! I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. I can understand and relate to what you must be going though.
I will certainly look into the site you recommended. Sounds as though that will be informative. Thanks for passing that along!
I was curious what others were using in regards to anti-fungals.
My health is becoming worse, and I am never sure what is what! I have Mercury Poisioning, candidia being a result of that. So I'm never sure if the symptoms that I have are from one or the other, most likely a combo of each.
I recently started lemon water and adding suppliments...very slowly. I have been unable to suppliment at all for the past 4 years, and was on the "candidia diet" long before I knew what the candidia diet was. lol I have multi-food sensitivites and mult-chemical sensitivies because of the MT.
One of the suppliments I started was Kyolic (sp?) the garlic formula, because I can't tolerate eating garlic. It also has some of the other vits including selenium, which i desperatly need. Oh, and coconut oil too. Other than these, nothing else that I'm taking is anti-fungal.
The fatigue and lethargy has been overwhelming for the past 2 months, and I have been forced to take a leave from work. Which may not be such a bad thing, I can now focus on my health.
I was an avid exerciser, working out at least an hour and a half daily. Did this for many many years. Was athletic most of my life. Now walking up the stairs in enough to put me in a huff!
When it seems as though I may be approaching a corner to turn, so to speak, it turns around and heads the other way! This whole process for the past 4 years has been 1 step foward, 2 sometimes 4 back. This last time around is the 4th back!
Beginning my first
Bowel Cleanse go-around. Did a few coffee enemas, just once a week to start. Never know when enough is enough though! lol Do the first one, plain water, then a bag of coffee, then a bag of water, and there is still stuff coming out after that. Last time I did another water bag, and there was still stuff. About 3 hours later and feeling like an overcooked piece of spagetti, I called it a day. Wheew!
Anyway, thanks so much for reading my ramble. I do hope that you and all the rest of us are on the right path to wellness. It is good to know that we are not alone!
Blessings,
Mage
