Great question

Its a great question you asked.

I don't believe a herxheimer can last 5 months!! It should go a day or two after you stop the treatment. So either something you are doing now is giving you a herx, or you don't have a herx.

There are 2 schools of thought regarding antifungals. Some people swear by them. Others swear against them. In general the worse your candida, the less useful antifungals seem to be.

I think those comments about a healing crisis you quoted are certainly very interesting. Again there are two schools of thought. One says you have to get worse before you get better. Another says you just get better. Who is right? I can not say as I have not recovered yet.

You have stumbled on what is perhaps the most important unsolved problem in candida therapy. It certainly deserves to be answered, but as yet I don't have the answer.

JV.
