It seems to me that the bowel and liver cleanse would be good
for just about everyone. I have The Maker's Diet book and also
Patient Heal Thyself, also by Jordan Rubin. And they are both
wonderful books, just crammed full of information. We also take
Primal Defense, and can really tell a difference in age old
tummy problems.
We have not yet started the Maker's Diet itself. Hope to really
soon. Can you tell any difference in the way you feel since
you've been on the Maker's Diet? Can you tell me what changes
you've seen since starting the diet...and also in taking Primal

Seems like the problem is how people were eating before. If people grow up eating something like the Maker's diet (or another great eating plan) then they might not need to cleanse. But to make up for the junk... People cleanse their outside, why not their inside? I like that argument. Anyway, remember that if you do Liver Cleansing you'll need to do a series of flushes not just one or two. Definitely switching to TMD is a good move, cleansing or not, though.

If you take the right supplements for you (EVERY GoL product I've tried I've noticed such a change that I won't give them up!) and follow the diet and listen to your body, I believe wholeheartedly you will get and stay detoxed. :)
