P&B shakes are scary!

Well, can't say they are scary in and of themselves...but I have been taking them for about 4-5 days now. Everything has been going according to plan. I just started ParaGONE today, as well. I'll be doing the liver cleanse in a couple of weeks...just wanted to start fresh, as has been recommended by the good folks on this forum...
Here's the scary part. I just went to the bathroom (I can't believe I'm actually saying this) and it felt, you know, normal (as it has come to be on the P&B shakes)...easy, soft, but formed. Anyhoo. After standing up and doing the obligatory 'visual inspection' I almost passed out at what I saw. It was a huge amount (which was weird because it didn't really feel like it) and it was black!!!

And had these weird 'feathery' things...YIKES!!!!

I was watching a movie (The Wall by Pink Floyd, hadn't seen it in years!) when I had to go potty...and I had all the lights off. Well the toilet starts to clog, so I pulled the water hose thing so the bowl doesn't fill up and went back to the movie. Then the toilet starts making all these choking and gurgling sounds...like what it just ate was talking back to me or was trying to escape from the toilet! So I had to turn the lights back on for the rest of the movie!!
I'm already an insomniac, this isn't helping! I can only imagine the horror if some 'critters' come out from the ParaGONE. I will never sleep again because of the nightmares!
I'm assuming this is mucoid plaque, yes? I was really, really hoping that I didn't have any of this... ;) I need to find out where all this gunk is coming from...is it along the walls of the intestines? Anyone have a quick link they can provide me, please?

This is a reply to # 416,185OK, since the Pink Floyd experience...I have been having simliar, ummm, circumstances, in the bathroom. What I do NOT understand is why what is coming out is coming out of me!
I'll try not to be too gruesome...
Imagine, if you will, chopping up some bok choy. Sauteeting it with garlic and butter...then throwing that in to the toilet. That's what it looks like. It's nuts! I have been doing Colon Cleanses for a while...but obviously not to this degree. It's like I'm pooping algae! And I haven't been eating stuff that should look like that. I have also noticed little ricey little things, too. Thankfully no three headed serpents or anything like that yet...but I just started ParaGONE. Is the Bentonite still working? How long will I keep this up...it's creeping me out!
What on earth is happening?! I feel fine...and it has to be a good thing to get rid of, but geez...what is it?!?

This is a reply to # 416,203Shannon, I drink a lot of water...probably close to 2 gallons a day. I drink it all day long, pretty much non stop (avoiding water and liquids 30 minutes on either side of a meal).
I am taking 3 shakes per day, which is what I read to, unless I was hallucinating? Two heaping tsps of psyllium and then the 1 tblspn of bentonite. I've been generous with the clay...but that's basically what I'm doing. Seems to be working...!

which is my problem.
I take two shakes a day (1tsp psyllium, 1tlbsp clay). When I was taking 3 I was very constipated. The two even make me a bit constipated. I drink 3 32oz bottles of water a day..
Nothing seems to be happening at all. I'll try to up the water intake.

This is a reply to # 416,185It might be better if you don't look at what you're expelling for awhile. It's hard to imagine the body can hold on to gunk like that. No wonder people get sick with cancer and lupus etc,etc. Look at what the immune system has to try to fight for long periods of time.

This is a reply to # 416,218Athena, I'm really (mostly) kidding with my post here...I'm just having a little fun with it and also am just amazed that at a healthy 37 years old with no symptoms of anything that I have had these results. It's pretty amazing and very eye-opening. But I'm just having a little fun...
As for the shakes that I take...i know that it's a no no, but I mistakenly bought Metamucil instead of the whole husk psyillium and I wanted to use that before I got the real stuff. I believe it's not the right stuff because of the Sugar content...but it does have the citrus flavor, which I would think, helps make the thing drinkable. Once I'm done with this container, I'll get the real stuff...
And I'm using the Great Plains bentonite. Or is it White Plaines...whichever, it's the one that everyone has talked about here. Got that at the health food place for about 8 bucks. I think that is what is doing most of the work here.
I'm just following along what I have read here...I'm certainly no expert on ANY of this. So I'm definitely not a source of advice. But going on what I have read, it sounds like water intake is causing your situation. It's really hard to get 'too much' water, so I would up that dramatically.
