P&B shakes are scary!

Well, can't say they are scary in and of themselves...but I have been taking them for about 4-5 days now. Everything has been going according to plan. I just started ParaGONE today, as well. I'll be doing the liver cleanse in a couple of weeks...just wanted to start fresh, as has been recommended by the good folks on this forum...

Here's the scary part. I just went to the bathroom (I can't believe I'm actually saying this) and it felt, you know, normal (as it has come to be on the P&B shakes)...easy, soft, but formed. Anyhoo. After standing up and doing the obligatory 'visual inspection' I almost passed out at what I saw. It was a huge amount (which was weird because it didn't really feel like it) and it was black!!!

And had these weird 'feathery' things...YIKES!!!!

OMG!!!

I was watching a movie (The Wall by Pink Floyd, hadn't seen it in years!) when I had to go potty...and I had all the lights off. Well the toilet starts to clog, so I pulled the water hose thing so the bowl doesn't fill up and went back to the movie. Then the toilet starts making all these choking and gurgling sounds...like what it just ate was talking back to me or was trying to escape from the toilet! So I had to turn the lights back on for the rest of the movie!!

I'm already an insomniac, this isn't helping! I can only imagine the horror if some 'critters' come out from the ParaGONE. I will never sleep again because of the nightmares!

I'm assuming this is mucoid plaque, yes? I was really, really hoping that I didn't have any of this... ;) I need to find out where all this gunk is coming from...is it along the walls of the intestines? Anyone have a quick link they can provide me, please?
