With the little information that you have given me I may be able to give you only an incomplete answer. For example, I don't know what kind of liver flush recipe you have used, if you have had colonics after the flushes, what your sleeping and waking cycles are, the kinds of foods you eat or beverages you drink, when you eat, other complaints and influences of stress in your life, etc. Each of these and possibly more can upset physiological functions. In the book The Amazing Liver Cleanse (1stbooks.com) I have listed a number of causes of gallstones, which you might want to check out. The Key to Health and Rejuvenation, among numerous other topics, delves into the subject of biological rhythms and how they are affected by what we do, eat or miss out on doing.
The morning period between 6a.m. and 10a.m. is controlled by Kapha, which affects the stomach functions and may cause nausea when unbalanced. The period after that from 10a.m. to 2p.m. is controlled by Pitta which deals with the liver/gallbladder, gastric juices, duodenum, spleen and small intestines. An imbalance there can cause discomfort in any of these parts of the body.
With kind regards
Andreas
