Rosemary has potassium too, but not as much as the other foods I mentioned. Rosemary is a good tonic for circulation and blood pressure and is high in magnesium so it acts as a tranquilizer, so it will definately help. Add 1 cup prune juice at bedtime & morning, it is very high in potassium and will help your digestion too! Results should be noticed immediately, but it may take a week to balance out completely. Cream of tatar is pure potassium, so if you don't want to eat all of the foods I mentioned then you can simply take in a 1/4 tsp of cream of tatar 3 X per day and perhaps just keep up with the prune juice in the evening.
