Your soup sounds great too! For me, garlic is a must; I can't live without it (well, I guess I can live 10 days without it, LOL!)I'm going to borrow your roasted veggie idea for later on--I bet they make great pita sandwiches! I can picture it now: roasted red peppers, eggplant, zucchini & tomato, in a pita with some black olive hummus!! (Sorry all who are still cleansing! Didn't mean to amke you drool!)
