Looking for answers again. I woke up this a.m. stiff like 2x4, legs spasmed straight in front(makes it darn hard to negotiate corners) took my Iodine dose, stll stiff, slid right out of w/c, took hours to get back in, tried salt loading and waited....didn't help, had my oatmeal, took magnesium, then a banana...still in spasm! Finally took 1/2 tsp baking soda in water....stopped spasming.This tells me it has something to do with sodium/potassium pump? I am my own lab rat. Any ideas?? thanx...kathy
