Progress after nine months
MH and others,
It's been nine months after I've done my 21 day juice fast. I started out at weighing 198 lbs and lethargic and withdrawing from life. Before I came to the Ask MH forum, I had lost ten pounds trying to "destroy" candida and really couldn't lose any more than that. I had my herxheimer reaction and would gain four pounds back when I would binge on the foods that contributed to candida (breads or chocolate). It was as if there were this BIG, heavy wall that I couldn't pass. The wall was 188 pounds.
I did about five liver flushes and 30 days of the Dewormer and got myself feeling healthier and free and down to 183. I began the 21 day fast in February and I lost about one pound per day for a total of 21 pounds. I was down to 162 when I finished. I broke the fast with dates and was determined to eat more of a raw food diet. When I would eat some cooked foods and wrongly combine them I would gain 2-3 pounds.
I experimented and tried different things. I noticed when I ate just pizza alone I would wake up the next morning 2-3 pounds heavier. BUT, when I ate pizza and combined it with a salad I would wake up the next morning without gaining any weight at all!
Also, it was very interesting to note that when I ate oranges instead of juicing them I lost more weight. The roughage from the white part of the orange helped me get down to 156. At that point, I was taking about 10 LBB per day.
This last month I really pushed it and thought taking more LBB was better. I would crave certain foods and later regretted it so I was up to 14 pills a day to keep the toxins flowing down. I sensed my PH was off. I discovered it was IMPORTANT to drink orange juice so that my PH would quickly become alkaline. It was as if the liquids would go DIRECTLY in my blood stream. I had gotten into the habit of eating oranges instead of drinking the juice directly. Now, on a daily basis, I'll squeeze two oranges in the morning and drink the juice. And later in the morning I'll eat one or two oranges to gain the roughage qualities I need from it.
Recently, I began weening myself off the LBB. MH and Dr. Christopher say that we need LBB regularly for about 9 months to restore our damaged intestines. Therefor, I knew I'd have to become independent of them some day. Now was the time. The ironic thing was that as I went down to 2 pills a day I lost more weight! I am now down to 152lbs. The only reason I can attribute the weight loss is that it allowed more time for my bowels to gather and combine in order to evacuate myself more completely. When taking too many LBB your bowels obviously becomes too loose. But I had ignored that advice for many months.
Anyway, there are TWO important things I learned from all this. The first is to strictly keep the potassium to salt ratio 8:1. For me, I personally have to keep my salt content really low. When I eat too much salt (more than one pinch of Real Salt per day) my face will bloat and my body will tense up (my legs will shake). I love Dr. Raju's advice because it is in perfect alignement with Nature. Here's his website:

The second thing I learned is the Scalp Exercise. It is a way to restore hair by removing the toxins stored in the lymph. I had known about this process several years ago but never got into it. This time when I did the exercise and pulled my ears back I ACTUALLY felt toxins flow down my head and spine. Perhaps now my body and mind are more sensative. I would rename it the Lymph Flush. We have a Liver Flush so why can't those of us on CureZone call it the Lymph Flush? Anyway, I have not really had any mucus coming out my nose for the past nine months. But immediately upon doing the exercise I actually had to blow my nose! There must have been some hidden and stored toxins in my lymph. I then knew this was something significant and special. I'll incorporate this in my daily life. Here's his website:

It is really a very simple exercise that anyone could do. I wanted to pass this on and share my experiences and I hope that it helps everyone.
