Re: Food after liver flush. re: chocolate

I'm the same. It is a drug to me, in the way, that if i can go a week or so without it, i can sometimes stay off choc and all sweet stuff for months, but then i only have to have one sweet or chocolate and it starts again, like if you are a smoker or drinker, which i used to be.
Christmas is just an excuse to buy loads of it. But then i get a racey heart and my blood feels thick in my veins, i can't explain it any better than that. And i don't process fat well, so it is madness for me to eat this stuff. I'm not overweight though, well i'd like to lose 10lb, wouldn't everyone. When i used to get my menstrual cycle, like a lot of woman, i ate chocolate around that time. Is it a stress thing, or Sugar imbalance, i don't know. It made pms worse though, when i cut out the junk for few months, no pms.
There is chemicals in chocolate, feel good chemicals apparently. I still have the craving after a month on the parasite/deworming herbs, maybe i need longer.
I take magnesium, and started taking chromium for Sugar balance but no evidence yet of that working either.
I'll just have to go cold turkey, hee hee, they'll be plenty of that around this Christmas.
I also have problems giving up tea and coffee, how can i do a proper detox without giving those up.
Anyway Merry Christmas to everyone!!! Perhaps if i make myself ill on chocolate, it will be easier to give up in the New Year.
