Does liver flush get rid of mycoplasma,clostridia and chlamydia?

I have done 23 Liver Flushes to date. I am TTC for 2.5 years. I recently visited a pathologist and was diagnosed with chlamydia, mycoplasma and clostridia in endometrium and cervix. I need to do Antibiotics and IVs. Actually, I am not very keen to take Antibiotics but I cannot wait too long either. Does Liver Flushes really remove all the above eventually? I still see stuff from liver flushes.I have also done a number of parasite cleanses and intestinal cleanses.

Any experiences or advice to share.
