Are you talking about the Colonix program from the drnatura website? That stuff is awsome! It's hard to see much and I am not really a digger like some of the testimonials on there ;) One time I did see what looked like a piece of spaghetti (even though I didn't eat any) which I am pretty sure was a worm. It was atleast 4inches long. I really like their product and will probably be ordering it again soon for "spring cleaning"
