female formula

My husband and I are trying to conceive and I have two questions. To make a long story short, I came off of birth control over the summer and havent gotten my period since. I began the Superfood Plus program along with the female formula a little over a week ago. My questions are:

1) I know Im supposed to stop the female formula if I get pregnant - but what if I dont find out until a few weeks later - is this unsafe for the baby?

2) Is superfood a good replacement or substitute for a prenatal vitamin?
