i know you live in the u.k because i read you mentioned boots the chemist in one of your posts. as i live here too i was wondering which fasting retreat you'd gone to? i've looked on the internet but can only find health type spas that do 3, 5 or 7 day detoxes. and for lauray, i empathise with your efforts too, i've given up on more fasts than i've finished but i have completed a 40 day fast (not water) so keep going and you'll get there in the end......God loves a trier :)
