Great posts you guys, Thank you much...

B12, RNA and DNA. Need some meat for those things. Yes, it takes protein to rebuild RNA and DNA. But what type of protein? Animal or palnt??? From what I understand they are two different things. Plant protein spirals one way, animal protein spirals the other.

From what I've seen in all these years in practice and from what my personal experience has been - you need animal protein. For sure there are some people that can do the vegetarian thing and there may be a stage in you cleansing and healing where animal protein is not necessary, especially the cleaning phase, but for the most part the vegetarians don't do very well staying structurally stable and maintaning high levels of health.

Theoretically vegetarianism makes a lot of sense but it doesn't perform very well. Statistically the vegetarians die young (60's) and their kids are sick. In my experience bringing people back from deaths door I've found they ALL needed animal protein to rebuild. Even organ meat protein, which you get in your sausages and lunch meats.

Now, during the cleansing phase your body will not want very much animal protein. It's busy getting rid of the bugs and cleaning the systems up so it can handle the right nutrition. But when you get to that point where the majority of cleansing is behind you you'll discover a strong desire for meats. And when you don't get enough of that type of protein you'll feel drawn and weak. You voice even gets weak. Need some protein.

Standard Process has the best protein supplament on the planet with their Protofood. They also have an RNA/DNA supplament that is excellent. Otherwise the body does indeed make all the vitamins it needs. IF you have the right nutrition going in. Specifically omega 3's, sprouted grains, spinach, greens, etc. Good salt too and a little sunhine.

For sure Celery and letttuce are loaded with calcium but most of the time it's not the calcium that's the problem. It's the calcium transport mechanism that the omega 3's provide to get the calcium to where it belongs that's the problem. All those trans fats are NOT good for you.

The geneitc code CAN be changed via your thought processes and nutrition. Cooper of aerobics fame has been doing it for years. And don't think for a minute the people in the upper eschelon of society don't know that. They just don't want you to know.

But the genetics run on protein. Need protein to rebuild.

So there's no real contoversy here, nobody is going to get angry at anyone else. The facts are that there are some people that can do the vegetariian way. And there are times when your body will not want animal proteins. But once the rebuilding starts it appears most of us need that animal protein. So be it.

Eat what makes you feel stronger and more alive THE NEXT DAY. Get in tune with your body. Give it some of that love you so freely spread around to everyone else. Bodies are pretty good, very durable and very responsive to correct nutrition and correct attitude.

Being healthy IS "normal".
