*IF* you want to have a chance to regain hearing, you will have to release that statement above. Why? Because that statement holds you blaming others, and that makes you powerless to change it. You have created that statement as your proof, but there are other realities you can explore.

If you can accept that you were a vibrational match for it and that you created your reality, and that you chose to exprience this lifetime, you chose to be in the womb at that time etc. then you can move with this.

Look at this in a broader way. Not everyone who has taken courses of Antibiotics will get candida. Not everyone who eats a lot gets overweight. Not everyone who cooks with alluminium gets Alzheimers .. you get the picture?
