Good luck miso, whatever the physiological reason for it, fasting is the best way to detox our body full stop. So you are doing the right thing, I'm sure you'll be fine by the time you have to do your test and I hope you get the new job and it works out well for you. It may not be easy though! You'll get support here if you need it.
