Took 2 days off and OUCH

I didn't oilpull for 2 days. Schedule was too busy. It was bad time of year to take a break. My allergies were horrible. Sneezing like crazy, eyes itching throat itching, Stuffy head. I started back. this is my second day and they finally stopped. What a relief. I got rid of my allergies from oil pulling. No allergies for over a year so it was a shocker to have them come back just from a two day reprieve. I will not try that again for a while.
