yes that is thousands of calories

You would be lucky if you did not gain fatty tissue by intaking all that sugar.
Stay away from fruits when you fast.
green tea is agreat alternative to juicing and just as healthy.
coffee in the morning can give a nice flush to the digestive system.
You really want to give your system a break and Sugar shock is not the way to go.
Remember tomatoes are a fruit and therefore off limits.

Cucumbers are great and you can eat them rather than juicing. The slight bulk they and lettuce and other leafy green have are all beneficial during a fast.
They will clean and scrape out your inside and make it possible for you to enjoy the absorption of more nutrients.

nuts, brown rice spoonful, are other good foods.
its a great time to experiment with natural sugarless foods in tiny amounts.

but yes, drinking that much fruit juice you are consuming thousands of calories.
Don't eat anything that isn't all natural, here is a calorie count on veggies, even though tomato is at the top.. its not a veggies LOL

Garlic is awesome and a natural cleanser. You can get the minced garlic in the jar, put a teaspoon in a a 2 tbsp of extra virgin of olive oil, shake it and use it as a light dressing. It's delicious and very low calorie... you will know the second it makes it through and will see everything it takes with it. It's all fat calories, around 100, and not enough to break the fast with one of those salad bag servings.
