I'm really not a vegetable eating person at all, I HATE THEM, growing up the only vegetable I ate was onions and that was like twice a month. I used to eat bread every once in a while but I have decided to not eat any type of bread ever again. Right now I'm recuperating my body so I'm just eating meat and drinking kefir everyday. But I'm strongly against those superfood shakes.
Are you sure synthetic minerals are that bad? I have heard of people getting good results from taking the mineral supplements I asked you about. I don't know who to believe. Isn't there a natural mineral supplement?
