Re: Stuff I didn't know about activated charcoal
Good thinking about keeping charcoal and clays apart from the good stuff, Zoe!
Though, as I understand it, the two work on different principles...one being adsorption (chemical/electrical bonding), and the other absorption (mopping up with water).
And both may stick to any previous 'blockage' in the digestive system, for a while.
The external packs interest me very much.
I put a tiny pile of Pascalite on an open wound on my leg, slowly sinking it into bathwater, and it helped form a scab, and heal. Pascalite also takes the sting out...very soothing.
I may be wrong, but I think my problem isn't from 'die-off', but from the toxins from living parasites.
The moment I started Humaworm I had a wonderful sense of relief...the parasite toxins were no longer being released, to some degree, I think.
Slowly, I began to get some of the tiredness, etc., of their bodies being broken down...'die-off'.
For me, the external packs of charcoal may help best, perhaps before or after a round of Humaworm.
I'll need to experiment.
Ginger tea, or fresh ginger, minced in food, is a great idea.
Many thanks for the 'heads-up'!
