just staying away from allopaths will increase your chances 1000%.

there are lots of theories on aids, what it is, and how to treat it. if i were you i would start witht he basics. oxygenate, hydrate, flush, chelate, mineralize, etc. the first two things you should immediately do is

buy a distiller and only drink from that from now on.

eat fresh, raw, organic food only. absolutely nothing premad or processed, even if it is certified organic.

get any silver fillings out of your mouth yesterday.

i know, i know, thats three things. there are more, but thats a start.

i think colloidal silver and iodine will figure into your regimen at some point. i am sure tony has things to add, too.
