Concentrated Juice Supplements

Are concentrated juice supplements like Noni Juice rancid? Because the whole point of juicing is to drink fresh juices from healthy sources that are not rancid. I don't quite understand because it seems like Noni Juice helps people. When I tried it, I thought that perhaps it helped as well.
