Ok, confession... since my last posting and now, I broke down and ate some fruit! Oh it was soooo good! I had a few strawberries, a few blackberries and a small cherry tomatoe. Now I am pissed at myself for not making it to my 30 day goal.
Do you think I could keep juicing starting tomorrow for 10 more days? I know that it's not the same cleanse-wise but it would be like a small pause at 20 days... right? Or maybe eat only fruits and vegetables for the next 10 days instead. (should I take fibre in that case?)
any thoughts what would be best for my body? Cheers!
