diatomaceous earth?

I really don't know what to do know, I am in deep trouble. My colon is in soo huge pain that I almost womit, and the pain is radiating to the back, the bladder and my hips. I can't move, the burning is insane. This started one week ago, I've had a small pain for many months now but last week it's like something exploded.

I've read that DE is good for parasites and I have been taking a few spoons with water over a few days. I have leaky gut and I wonder if maybe the DE can bore itself into mucous-lacking areas in the gut and irritate it. I've heard about people getting silicosis in their lugns thanks to DE boring in to the lungs,and this condition is irreversible.

Does anybody know if this can happen with your colon/intestines, or does it get out with bovel movements? Can it get stuck there forever?

Please, anyone with any experience with DE please tell me, I am worrying to death.
