Re: identity crisis: please help

I had the help of a naturopath working my
way through my own health crisis and one of
the most important things she shared was that
it would take 7 years to regain my health. At
first this was overwhelming but actually she
was right in that one wanted to go slow and
go through a process of cleansing and then
rebuilding. Right now you need to focus on
working on ONLY your parasites since they are
the critters who also will take advantage of
your nutrition and siphon off what they need
before your body has a chance to take advantage
of it. You are dehydrated though because of
the clay and probably because the Epsom Salts
are also dehydrating too. Your heart palpitations
are also a sign of dehydration.

You may have to consider slowing up and allowing
more time for integration and rebuilding your
blood in between cleanses. Very often when
you stop a cleanse, it takes your body a week
or two or more to continue what it is doing.
This is also a good time to focus on your
nutrition with green leafy veggies and ones
like kale, spinach, broccoli, asparagus.
Once you feel like your energy has returned
then it would be time to focus on your candida.

If you feel that you want to go the holistic
route, you may seek out the advice of a good
naturopath or a homeopath. Just remember it
took you a while to get your body in this condition
and so be prepared for it to take some time to
"come clean".

I wish you success on your healing path~!

best wishes,
Zoe
