What made you think the calcium aspertate was the answer to your high BP? I've had similar relief with magnesium, though it only lasts 6-8 hours after I take it. Measure your BP regularly now that you have your monitor. I had a small stroke a few years ago with similar BP numbers. And you never know what magnitude a stroke will be.
