Bowel Cleansing

How do you do a Bowel Cleansing without losing weight? I can not afford to lose any weight. I saw that the fitline is a good cleansing. I am very small. I need some suggestions. I am on a parasite program right know. I can start the Bowel cleansing in two weeks. I am addressing Candida symptoms.
