for fluid retention parsley juice tincture and juiced if possible too and herbal diuretics (thee are found in Schulze's kidney tea and in his kidney tonics..also recommend exercise that makes you sweat, skin brushing to keep the pores open (use natural bristle brush and brush the entire body brushing towards the heart..this is part of the incurables program), long dry saunas.

to aid sleep try melatonin 3-5mg timed release if possible or if you wake take a half "a capsule..it has been used in doses hundreds of times this and thought to be safe, put lavender essential oil on your pillow or sheet or pjs and breathe deeply (this also reduces stress and is good if can't sleep for worrying), dried hops or lavender in a tied dried sock..breathe it, also chamomile or Valerian root.

superfood has chlorella and blue green algaes in it for the b12 and schulze said that the best thing for anemia is lots of this juice 40% beets, 40% carrots, and 20% kale or other leafy greens so make this some of your juices..the beets is th big help here I think.

What might help with his weakness. I know my mom had that.
