Cows seem to benefit from a ClO2 teat dip, so I would think goats would too.

A starting place using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement would be to mix up the following solution and you are going for a 15 - 30 second contact time for the dip.

In a glass, put 2 ml Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , then add 8 ml water and stir. Next you add 10 ml of 10% citric acid and let the activation proceed for 10 minutes. Afterward, dilute with 500 ml of water and you are ready to dip. I think you want to use the dip twice a day.

I would expect results very quickly.
