Hi how are you this was one of my first symptoms among many others  with the mirena very bad dizziness and and ringing in the ears constantly it developed about 5 months after insertion it come to the point i could not even drive back they also diagnosed me with Menierie's Disease i put up for it for months until i found this website thank god for this website!! had the mirena removed the ringing in the ears and dizziness went away i still get it now and again especially around my period i think the mirena stuffed my hormones up im now 8 months post removal and doing a lot better so please consider taking this evil thing out !!  good luck !!
