Keep going until its definately gone. I wish i'd known about fasting when i had my ovarian cyst, size of an orange, i had to have ovary removed. This was about 20 years ago.

It is very exciting that it is shrinking. Can cysts be fed? I only use organic virgin coconut oil, olive oil or butter, never any polyunsaturated oils or margarines.
