Epsom salts

I would like to do a Hulda Clark liver flush, but I saw that for some people it is toxic - apparently some people have died from taking it. How do you know if you can't take it? Is it just trial and error (yikes!)? I know there are some alternatives to using Epsom Salts for the flush, but are they as effective in opening up the ducts? Maybe you can use half and half - half the amount of Epsom Salts , and then half the amount of the alternatives (which I can't recall at the moment). Any suggestions?

Also, what is the best type of enema to do afterwards - coffee? Lugol's?

Thanks.
