I am so sorry to hear about your friend's Basset Hound. The oleandersoup for pets protocol is very similar to the one for people:
Oleander
Colloidal Silver
Inositol/IP6.
For pets we find that, because of the taste, the Sutherlandia OPC capsules are the best. You can get them at http://www.sutherlandiaopc.com. Although with the time span we are dealing with, maybe she should start with the oleander soup itself. I just know that some pets react adversely to the taste. Maybe it can be masked in some type of treat. With both Sutherlandia OPC and with the oleander soup start at the minimum dose and work up little by little.
Colloidal Silver is a miracle healer for pets, and even though the Basset Hound has been given three months to live, I always say, where there is "breath" there is hope.
