Re: Liver flush without Epsom Salts???
I don't think we are the only ones, Aaron!
The flush I talk about above, with only a good pinch of Epsom salts in half a glass of water, say, 2 hours each before and after the 'potion'...beginning first thing in the morning...worked!
The stone I could feel, rather high, in the front, left my body.
Though stools improved until quite near to 'ideal', I didn't 'look' for the calcified stone...NOR did I notice any dark green 'peas' as I'd had in the 'proper' first flush.
A couple of other things I noticed...
...The first BM after the reduced Epsom salts flush was difficult, dry and firm, as usual, and only came after eating.
...As in my first liver flush, the sulfury smell didn't come until the looser movement, and,
...There was a moment after the sleep when I had tremendous clarity of smelling...as with the first flush. Quite a remarkable experience.
Just as with the first flush, the next stone to be worked on appeared immediately after.
All of these 'stones', whatever they are, 'fell' out of my liver a year and a half, or two years ago, when I did the herbal tea liver flush preferred by White Tiger.
There were five or six of them, and they fell individually, over a couple or three days, into some kind of a 'holding place' above the gallbladder. Since, they have moved, one by one, into either the gallbladder or the ducts where the pressures of bile or the olive oil/grapefruit juice 'potion' have moved them on out.
I waited a long time before my first liver flush, but the stones have waited, like cars in a train, each moving immediately after the stone before it.
None has 'hurt' me beyond bearing. Twinges sometimes, sharp enough to make me jump...but never what I would call a 'gallbladder attack'. I think the body is really smart!
So, right after this reduced Epsom salts flush, the next (and maybe the last) 'stone' slid into place, ready to move on out.
I can tell it is a different stone because this one is in the BACK of the lower liver area!
Now, I am an 'experienced' liver flusher...right?
I 'know' I need to flush this one right away...and I can 'judge' how little Epsom salts AND 'potion' I need to use...okay?
Nope!!!
Only a few days after the reduced Epsom salts flush, first thing in the morning, I drank about a half glass of water with a good pinch of Epsom salts in it, and settled down at the computer to read and post for a couple of hours.
(I use the reduced water intake because the 'proper' flush calls for no food OR drink after 2 p.m.)
After that I eyeballed nearly half a cup of olive oil into my jar, and added only the grapefruit juice my husband had left in the fridge. I closed the lid, shook it, then swallowed the potion standing by my bed.
I went flat on my back for, say, 15/20 minutes...nearly asleep...then rolled onto my LEFT side, and easily fell asleep.
When I awoke I DIDN'T have any more Epsom salts. As matter of fact, I may have begun to eat soon after.
:D
That stone DIDN'T move on out! I still feel it, somewhat, toward the lower back of my liver.
I may be feeling it in my gallbladder, too. The gallbladder contractions are quite sharp from time to time. There may be two, or more, stones, or something, left in the train.
Rats!
However, I may be able to draw some conclusions/theories from my experiences so far...but, please don't be guided by me.
I may be built differently from you...not because we are all that different, but because I began in a different era, long before many chemicals, etc., were invented.
The music close to my heart, for example, is entirely different than what you hear nowadays. (What DO you do for soothing and lullaby and inspiring music?)
I'm going to add these posts to the part thread, 'Here I go' on page 136. There are a couple of people who may find my experiences helpful...people who live far from me so I don't see them often.
They can read my written accounts if and when they feel inclined.
A preview...
...This business of slow, sluggish, constipation, or nearly so, may have something to do with too little bile, and the body's need to hang on to water to dilute toxin-laden lymph fluids, etc. 'Bloating' may come from that. So, how do we add more clean water, plant-balanced minerals, and so on?
I suspect it is through our skins, both in and out...crystal mineral salts baths...loaded with magnesium (Epsom salts), PLUS all the other mineral salts we need.
The skin is our best and biggest detoxer AND source of nutrition and water, I think.
Keep on truckin', everyone.
