Chronic infections/ with sand in urine

I have a crazy problem with chronic infection. After stopping Antibiotics about 3 weeks later, I begin to get this sand in my urine after morning urine, then a few days later it is with puss in the urine. I have been on Colloidal Silver , d-mannose, etc. But that does not seem to stop it. If I go back on the Antibiotics , it clears up. Does anyone else have this problem or had this problem??

I do have a problem with a small left kidney , they think happened when they found I had a kinked ureter tube. it is much smaller and inflammed.

Another thing is, with having a kidney like that, having tests done with contrast material, I'm am extremely nervouse, due to reading up on law suites and info that it can cause kidney failure in compramised kidneys. What other tests can be done so I would not have to worry about that, so far my bun and creatin levels are all normal. I also have a fistula between bladder and vaginal wall due to surgery awhile back that is healing slowly. This cause incontinence, Can this be the infection area problem????
