Well, I am surprised Dr. Atkins has a Liver Flush recipe in his book. I may just have to read that book!

The only way you will know is to try both methods yourself and decide which one you like best.

Personally, I would go with Dr. Clark, though. The Epsom Salt really isn't all that bad. Being in pain and having surgery is worse........
