Hey folks, I'm fairly new to the BED and am currently at a conference for a few days, in a hotel and away from access to a kitchen. there are a couple of grocery stores i can get to within a few minutes, one of the them a health food store. but i'm going to be pretty busy w/o much time if any, for prepping my food. i was wondering about making some sort of sandwiches, with animal proteins, greens, and some raw veggies. i was curious if sprouted grain breads are "acceptable" in the early stages of this diet? i've got MANY other questions, too, but i'll still with this one for now....
