Worms coming out of skin

My husband has been plagued with pimply red, itchy, white head bumps all over himself since he was 10 years old. Yesterday i came home from the store and first thing when i walked in the door he had a tiny white worm in some plastic wrap in my face, he said he gently squeezed it out of his arm, he also said he's seen them before. We've figured his bumps were parasitic. The worm looked like a pin worm, it was very small, round, and white. i've watched that video on barefoots site of the pin worms coming out of the guys face when whatever that solution was they rubbed onto his face. are there other worms that match this description?

i'm surprised i do not have a bumpy body like him.
