although to be honest i have no idea how much mercury actually gets stirred up into the bloodstream and more importantly how long does it stay there? in other words can you be certain that at the time you blood let there is actually mercury there?
of course you would need to eat a high iron diet if you did this. i would eat plenty of high quality red meat, like organic free range sirloin steak to build up the iron and the blood.
also drink lots of green juice like spinach juice with lemon. you need that chlorophyl!
