Thanks for these orange peel posts!
It's something I ordinarily just throw away!
I saved an orange peel last week and added some to hibiscus tea that I made.
Also I used it in black bean soup (Cuban style). I found a recipe on the internet.
My mother says when she was little her uncle or grandparent (can't remember who) used to dry orange peel and put it in the fire in the fireplace and it would scent the house. (They were from Italy)
