pregnancy & progesterone cream

I have suffered from secondary infertility for several years. Last week, after several months of using progesterone cream ( 14 days on and 14 days off, as suggested), I felt I was ovulating! I think I just got pregnant! I've been there twice, and I'm almost sure, I have a lot of my usual symptoms.
I have not started the cream as usual ( I should have started 4 days ago). What to do? I have read that cream is perfectly safe to use but I'd rather avoid any unnecessary supplementation. A suggestion would be appreciated.
