I can't answer for the homeopathy; but while you are looking for an answer, Google tooth soap and remineralization.

The teeth can be remineralized by your own saliva if you have enough calcium in your body and if you don't use toothpaste with glycerin. I use a bar soap instead of toothpaste. You have to be careful there too. Most have glycerin. I use Dr. Bronner. Don't use liquid; only bar soap.

The problem is that glycerin sticks to and coats the teeth with a fine film. Mouth wash doesn't seem to get rid of it. There is nothing wrong with glycerin; except that it coats the teeth.

Just wet the toothbrush and swish it on the bar of soap then brush. Once or twice a week, I will also add baking soda for the mild abrasion.

Or find toothpaste without glycerin. Bar soap is much less expensive and lasts a long time.
