Magnesium definitely sounds like something I need to get right away! Unfortunately I'm leaving for the mountains for a few weeks and won't be able to get some until I get back. But hopefully I'll be able to get some sleep because it's very peaceful where I'm going.
I'm thankful as well to a friend who just gave me a large bag of chamomile flowers that I made a concentrated dose of last night and it put me to sleep rather quickly! for some reason I cant stay asleep very long though. I'd imagine that if I'm able to fall asleep my body should take it for all it can and get 12 hours or more... but the last two nights my sleep has been very short -(Sat. night I had enough hoppy beer to knock me out also- but only for 5 hrs) ???
